Your Voice St Austell Mental Health Support Group

The Cornish charity called Your Voice has support groups for women struggling with their mental health all over Cornwall.

I am a qualified counsellor and I facilitate the St Austell group.  We meet fortnightly at mevagissey activity centre, st austell. Meet first in the cafe to get a drink (no charge) then we head up to our private, confidential room. 11-1pm.

We are a kind and caring group of women that support one another and empathise. If you're struggling with your mental health and feel alone or unsupported please do come along to our group.

Please message the Facebook page, Your Voice St Austell day-time group, and I can let you know when we are meeting. Or please feel free to ring or email me for further info.
