Could you be one of our Coast Path Connector volunteers?

We are looking for volunteers to be walk leaders, walk buddies, points of contact and advocates for the Coast Path in their local communities. Volunteers are involved with all aspects of developing, planning and delivering walking programmes and events with local community partners across Cornwall. Their focus is on supporting new walkers in getting out onto the South West Coast Path National Trail, for health and well-being benefits, to learn local nature and heritage, and to build up confidence in returning and engaging with their local environment on future visits.

What you could get out of volunteering:

  • Opportunity to get out exploring your local Coast Path
  • Learn new skills and knowledge
  • Support other people in connecting to their local coastal environment
  • Be part of a network of volunteers all working together
  • Fully supported training opportunities and help with expenses.
