Community Hub

We have a variety of activities throughout the week to suit most people.

Our hub offers:

Social Groups Mon - Fri, 10am till 1pm with lunch inc.

Walkie Talkies Walking Group Mon 1pm - finish.

Memory Cafe is held on Thurs within our Socail Group.

 

We also run an Outreach service to include: Domestivc Support, Carers Break, Gardening, Shopping, Home Admin and much more......
