We are a new charity which has been set up after the passing of our beautiful Miss Faith at 20 months who had a severe Congenital Heart Disease called Hypoplastic left heart Syndrome (HLHS)

We are raising vital funds for families who find themselves on the same pathway as we did, a child with a life-limiting Chonic Heart Disease (CHD) and/or on Palliative care, we believe that making memories is so important without the worry of financial constraints, we aim to give families a grant to enable them to create everlasting memories, Forever Faith Foundation is so much more than this, we have a Facebook page: Forever Faith Foundation and currently our website is under construction.
