Ballet for all ages

Silver Swans ballet classes are devised by the Royal Academy of Dance and are  designed for the older person who would like to do some exercise, socialise with like minded others and all the while listen to some beautiful music whilst keeping the brain active.  Whether you are a complete beginner or did a bit of ballet as a child, all are welcome at the Silver Swans classes.  These classes will help improve your mobility, posture, coordination and energy levels.  Classes are specially designed to be low-impact and easy on the joints.

From September 2020 the Silver Swans classes are taking place via Zoom on a Wednesday and Friday from 1.30-2.30pm so you can be anywhere and still take part.  Many participants participate from their kitchen, lounge or hallway.  Classes are adapted so not much space is needed.

Classes are payable and bookable monthly in advance and are £6 per class.
