I work for Age UK Cornwall & The Isles of Scilly as a Hub,Hospital to Home Support and lives in St Stephen with wife and 4 cats. 

As part of my role I am always looking for providers for meals on wheels etc. plus social activities available for the elderly in the St Austell, Liskeard, Bude areas etc.
