About

Peer support activity and mutual aid

SAS was set up on 2012 providing peer support activity groups for isolating or unemployed and disabled adults so that they may grow confidence in the community.

SaS is run entirely by volunteers and is non profit. Our members are our committee and we have a Founder and treasurer plus facilitators.

We are currently running a stand alone mutual aid project helping people who are isolating and doing small walks in Truro for our members.

In October we hope to be back to doing activity groups like ten pin bowling and day trips to gardens etc. Plus cinema trips in Truro.

Please email Admin@sunshineandshowers.co.uk or keep an eye on our Facebook page for the events and when the pop up click interested and it will remind you nearer the time.
