Health and Wellbeing Support
The Health Hub is based in Launceston and is a partnership between Launceston and Tamar Valley Primary Care Network and Volunteer Cornwall. We facilitate health and wellbeing services including bereavement support from Cornwall hospice, Health for Homeless GP clinics, Peer lead groups for Stroke survivors and the visually impaired, Smoking cessation and healthy lifestyle drops ins with healthy Cornwall, veterans support , debt advice, social prescribing and more.
