My usual role within Age UK Cornwall is a Community Coach on the Inclusion Matters Service.  The aim is to make it easier for residents of Cornwall to find out the information and advice they need to increase their well-being, stay healthy, get active and increase their connection with the community.

As an organisation we support residents by providing advice, information and practical support where there are gaps.
