About
Therapist and coach. How to let go go trauma, self sabotage, anxiety and over thinking
I work with adopted adults and adults who have experienced trauma in their childhood.
Trauma in early childhood is difficult to treat purely through talking therapy and counselling as a lot of the issues have arisen pre speach and rationalisation development, so issues get taken into the system and deep into the subconsious.
These result in trust issues, fear if intimacy, co dependency, needing external vaildation. this produces feelings of not being good enough, lack of worth and feelings of not belongng. Along with insecurity, fear of failure, self sabotage, and extreme self consiousness.
The system i use is called the "Missing link system" this involves body, mind and brain and emotions.
- Somatic and Kenetic therapy (body)
- Neurolingistic progaming and higher coding ( the mind and emotions)
- and A series of guided meditations that address all of the systems.
This is the result of 40 years of research to heal my own childhood trauma and the effects it had on my life. i was given away at 6 weeks old ind this heavily impacted my life. I was in constant emotional pain.
I am not free,I am confident and love myself and the life I live.
Following the system i have produced yoou will acheive the same results.
This is a nurturing, gentle and life changing system anabling y9u to live a life that you love, no longer being held back from the things you would love to achieve.
I have helped hundreds of people and am offering you a free call so that I can show you this exact system.
