We are a peer led, social group to help support men in our community.

ManChat is a peer led social group set up to give men a safe, non-judgmental space to get things off their chest.

It is not a formal counselling session but more aimed at sharing experiences and activities such as gentle walks and making new friends.

Referrals can be made to other services should the need arise.
