When my children were young I volunteered at St Cleer as a “ fruit lady” and also helped listen to children read. later when my children were older I was part of an Open The Book team for St Cleer Darite and Pensilva schools. I haven’t volunteered now for about a decade as I supported my now adult son with ASD through college and Uni. I have more time now and I would like to help children with their reading.
