I have many friendships with individuals with mental health difficulties in their lives. I have helped on a helpline with WAND

I have completed a level 2 Mental health Awareness course and lots of courses to help. 

I have a level 2 certificate in Working with Individuals with learning difficulties 

I'm here to help and learn more 

I managed my own Mental health illnesses which has helped me get first hand knowledge to help others.
