Coastline Housing is based in the heart of Cornwall

We own and manage over 5,000 homes, employ more than 300 people, and have Investors in People Gold accreditation.

Our purpose is to provide great homes and offer great services provided by great people.

We're more than just a landlord

Supporting customers in our communities, we are deeply rooted in the neighbourhoods where we manage homes, providing employment opportunities and delivering social value.

Building more social homes, and investing in the quality of the ones that we have, can help people escape the constraints of poverty, reduce and prevent hardship, and improve health and wellbeing.
