Provide wellbeing services and deliver courses and training around ageing

iCareiMove provide wellbeing services around ageing and deliver wellbeing subjects to workforces and individuals in various sectors.

We are experts in ageing. Our passion is about making a difference from mid-life to end of life and it has been our niche for over 20 years. We are commissioned to deliver work for our beloved NHS, Councils, Hospitality, Corporate and Care sectors to name but few.

Our Move More Falls Prevention course involves weekly sessions over a 25 week period. It focuses on building strength, balance and confidence through repetetive movements and is fun and intgeractive.

If you or anyone that you know have fallen, have a fear of, or are at risk of falling, then get in touch. It will help them to become stronger, steadier and more independent. Our attendees love the sessions and they look forward to them each week.

We also teach Pilates and Pilability online twice a week. Suitable for everyone, but aimed at women in their mid-life to improve strength and mobility.
