I am Inner Sun Relaxation and I have been teaching gentle yoga, relaxation and mediation for over 30 years, both at home in Cornwall and abroad.
I presently run several regular gentle yoga and relaxation classes for all ages via Zoom.
Many people find sleep illusive and I have found my Preparing for Sleep sessions very popular! Run in an evening, via Zoom, it allows people to turn off their computer and head straight to the comfort of their own bed. For those who wish to learn more about sleep, I also offer an Exploring Sleep 6 week course.
I also offer regular Mindful Movement sessions. Mindful Movement is a way of noticing the body through gentle movement, distracting the mind from unhelpful thoughts and providing access to an awareness of the moment.
As a qualifited Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course tutor, I run 8 week courses but also work 1:1 with individuals or in workplaces to bring the valuable approach of Mindfulness into the lives of more people.
I am fully qualified and a member of both the British Wheel of Yoga and the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches.
Along with a colleague and yoga therapist, I am also half of Paua Wellness!
And... I do have a sense of humour! :)
