Veterans Advisory Board

Primary drive is to provide easy on line access to local support of all types to veterans.  

Keen to signpost to NHS facilities wherever possible - especially for physical and mental health, but to provide clinicians with a directory of social prescribing in their local areas.  

Currently working with multi-agency team across SW, but aiming at National system.
