PCN Cancer Care Coordinator

I have been in post as Cancer Care Coordinator for Coast and Country PCN (formerly known as Holsworthy, Bude and Surrounding Villages PCN) since July 2021. 

We cover Neetside Surgery and Stratton Medical Centre in Bude, Cornwall as well as 3 other practices in North Devon.

I help the practices in the PCN to meet their targets and improve the quality of care around cancer and help patients diagnosed with cancer navigate their care and treatment journey. This involves providing patients with necessary non-clinical information to help with care planning, information access and emotional support services.
