The charitable aim of the Merlin Neuro Therapy Centre is to provide a place of support, therapy, and information for anyone living with a long-term neurological condition or neurodiversity in Cornwall. Our purpose-built therapy facility in mid-Cornwall is the only one of its kind in the county. The Charity’s services are designed to improve the health and well-being of people who live with long-term neurological conditions which may affect their physical, cognitive, emotional, and psychological health. Support is also provided for their main carers, generally a family member. Services are delivered by health care professionals and overseen by the clinical lead.
In addition, the Centre is a centrally located health facility for external providers (including a GP Practice; Podiatry and Orthotics Clinics; Audiology Services; Diabetic Eye Screening and Complementary Therapies etc) in a fully accessible building so serves a very wide community in the Duchy.
