Supporting the Adult Social Care sector with recruitment

Proud to Care Cornwall was set up to raise the profile of social care and highlight the amazing work carried out by our care workforce: providing care and support to people across our communities.

We are partnership initiative with active engagement from Cornwall’s social care providers, health sector colleagues and sector representative organisations.

Our work is guided by the workforce needs of this large and diverse sector. We have a dual focus – the first is public facing to raise the profile of jobs and careers in adult social care and encourage people to find employment in the sector, and secondly to provide information and support to adult social care employers. Areas of work include Recruitment and Retention, Learning and Development and the Wellbeing of the workforce.
