Hello! At Quiet Connections, we help quieter people with:

  • developing strategies to manage social anxiety & overcome that feeling of not being good enough & the tendency to hide yourself away; 
  • exploring the strengths of your quieter qualities & practising your uniquely impactful ability to express yourself
  • redefining what it means to be quiet as part of a community of people on the same path

So that you can show up confidently as your true self, feel a sense of belonging & grow to love your true quieter nature.

Quiet Connections can help you on your path from socially anxious to quietly confident with:

  • Quiet Meet Ups, free to attend, weekly groups and monthly gatherings across Cornwall
    • Redruth @ Hideaway 77 Youth Cafe, Mondays 12:30-2:30pm
    • Helston @ Beehive Bar, Tuesdays 10am-Midday
    • Hayle @ Hayle Daycare Centre, Tuesdays 4-6pm
    • Falmouth @ Huddle Cafe, Wednesdays 6-8pm 
    • St Austell @ Pattern Hall, Thursdays 10am-Midday
  • A free Quiet Community, gathering across Cornwall for peer support, encouragement, exploration & connecting with new friends. 

 

  • One-to-one Coaching for a more fulfilling life that’s true to who you really are (in-person or by phone/video call)
