An employer-led initiative for the social care and healthcare sector in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

REACH Cornwall (part of the ESF Business Clusters project) is part-funded by the European Social Fund and delivered by Truro and Penwith College Business. Utilising the knowledge and experiences of those on the frontline, REACH Cornwall seeks to identify and address skills shortages in the social care and healthcare sector. Your views matter, whether for example, you: Manage a small or large healthcare organisation Own a care home Run a support group Provide a therapy service or Are involved at the grass roots level in any role or capacity Together we can identify training needs and develop high quality solutions that work for you and your team. View the latest training and events and see some of the workshops, webinars and short courses we have delivered to date. As an employer-led forum, REACH Cornwall offers those working across the social care and health sector in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly the opportunity to: Network, Work collaboratively to identify skills shortages and develop tailored training through funded workshops, webinars and short courses (all offered free of charge in return for your feedback so we can improve them further), Discuss wider issues (e.g. recruitment and retention) and possible solutions, and ultimately, Raise Excellence and Aspiration in Care and Health.
