A new sense of confidence, playfulness & experimentation starts to emerge as fears & apprehensions surrounding painting and ‘the blank canvas’ subside.

It’s liberating! and as in art… in life x Find new confidence in your day-to-day.

  • Especially good for Sensitives (HSPs), Introverts and those with social anxiety ...and also fo all interested in wellbeing and spirituality.

 

  • No art experience necessary just a willingness & openness to explore and experiment!
