First Light has supported me since last spring when I was identified as suffering from domestic abuse. I have since then left my home and received 10 weeks of counselling from First Light. This is coming to an end, and I still need mental health support to move forward with my recovery. My counsellor has recommended this project to me. I live in Launceston and am 62 years old. I am a part-time student studying L4 Counselling.
