As a user-led representative organisation, our members are very important to us, our Management Board is elected from our membership, the people we are here to support.
While non-disabled people are of course very welcome to join our membership and support us, we will always ensure that our voting membership constitutes a majority (51%) of people with a long term health condition or disability.
