Community Mealshare / Warmth Hub
Bringing people together through food.
Eating together is a great way to connect people of all ages and backgrounds together and can do wonders for people’s mental health and wellbeing.
We aim to bring the community together with good food, music, fun events and social meals.
We are currently hosting a free community meal every Friday.
We are running a free Community meal every Friday at St Johns in-the-Fields, Parc an Stamps, Saint Ives TR26 2FB.
A warm, welcoming place to go to with a hot, freshly cooked meal, pudding and hot drinks. (Vegan options too)
Simply call or text 07769 624410 to book.
The meals are ‘pay what you feel, donations or free’ and aren’t only for those who are battling financially but are also for people who would like to simply enjoy some company and a nutritious cooked meal.
The community meals provide for up to 30 people every week and are funded by Volunteer Cornwall’s ‘Winter Warmth Hub’ project . It started on Friday 14th October 2022 and aims to run every Friday until spring 2023.
