St Martin’s is a 40 bed nursing home for people in need of mental health, dementia and physical disability support. With qualified nurses and carers, we look after our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in a supportive, lively and loving environment. Our staff are passionate about their roles and get to know each resident individually.
When residents join us at St Martin’s, the first thing that we do is develop a comprehensive care plan with them, setting out the care we aim to provide and how we will achieve this. We assess this plan on a continual basis, working with the resident to ensure that their needs are met. Care is available for our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Families are always welcome to visit.
Our rooms are modern and colourful. We have a lovely conservatory that looks out onto the safe and pretty gardens, a perfect place to sit and look at the flowers, as well as communal areas inside where people can chat and relax. We also have lots of activities including trips out with Oomph who are a group of energetic, passionate people driven by a common purpose to ensure that older adults live life to the full.
