Counselling to Elders, Adults and Young People
Life changes can leave us up-routed or spinning out of control.
If you are feeling anxious, depressed, grieving a loved one or lost something dear to you, maybe talking about this can help? This seems particularly apt during the pandemic. It feels unforgiving, affecting everything from our daily existence to our normal way of life and our freedoms. I am fully commited to my counselling and reaching out to those people needing extra help and support.
I work with Adults, Elders and Young People 18+ with a range of issues including Bereavement and Loss. I am offering all new clients a free 30 minute exploratory conversation to see if I am the right counsellor for you.
A bit about me: I work as a Audiologist and School counsellor part of the week with the rest of my time devoted to my private practice. I have 25 years+ experience in the Health Service plus unique training and many transferable skills to be able to work with different ages and abilities.
My practice provides a safe compassionate space to explore your issues especially if you are feeling stuck, lost or alone. My Person-centred counselling comes under the area of 'talking therapies' is non-directive and non-judgemental.
Fees £45 per session for a 50 minute slot.
I believe in making counselling more affordable for everyone. I do have a few concessionary slots for OAPs, young people and those on low incomes. Please ask as this depends on my workload.
Current Offer: Book a free 30 minutes exploratory conversation to see if I am the right counsellor for you.
My phone number is 07928 344 770 and email [email protected]
I offer daytime appointments on Tuesdays and Fridays only. I have a few adhoc evening and saturday slots.
Call, email and I promise to get back to you within 48 hrs. Not only that, you will be met with gentleness and a warmth from the beginning.
