You might be using a Personal Budget provided by the local authority or NHS, or using your own funds to meet your care and support needs. However your care and support is managed, we have a range of affordable services to take the strain and leave you free to live your life, your way.
Payroll
If you employ someone to help with your personal care or household needs then we can help you with your employer duties. Depending on how many people you employ, we can deliver a complete payroll service from £25 per month. This includes working out how much your staff need paying and providing payslips and a summary for your records, which details how much you need to pay your employees and the necessary tax and National Insurance contributions you need to make. We act as your agent with HMRC and will help you with all aspects of payroll including monthly RTI submissions, end of year returns, starters & leavers (P45s), P60s, statutory payments, and holiday calculations. We also provide a fully comprehensive pension support service at no extra cost.
Managed Accounts
Our Managed Accounts service enables us to completely take the pressure off you or your loved one. We can receive your care and support budget direct from the local authority or NHS and make all the required payments on your behalf, as well as meeting any auditing requirements. We can also do the same if you self-fund your own care and support package. This includes:
• Receiving and managing funds on your behalf
• Maintaining records to show you how the money has been spent
• Making payments to HMRC and your employees
• Making payments to any agency or another service supplier as agreed
• Providing account information on income, expenditure and balance.
• The cost for this service is £30 per month (£6.92 per week).
