I am really excited to be starting two new classes at the refurbished Barripper Village Hall!
On a Mondays from 4-5pm I shall be teaching a Chair-Based Exercise and Relaxation session. (It’s amazing how versatile a chair can be!) This session is particularly useful for anyone who has difficulty getting up and down from the floor.
On Wednesdays from 7.30-8.30pm, I am offering a Gentle Yoga session. I have been teaching yoga for more years than I care to remember and am fully qualified. I have a wealth of experience and ideas to adapt or extend postures to make the class available to beginners and experienced yogis alike.
