Improving Sleep Workshop
Sleep issues can really disrupt our lives. I will talk you through various sleep problems and how the lack of sleep can affect our health.
Our lack of sleep can be determined by many different factors, these will be explored to help you understand your own patterns. You may be aware of the idea of a night-time regime; which is great, but if not you will receive suggestions on how to enhance your bedroom to induce a more relaxed environment and therefore, better sleep.
There are numerous natural quick fixes for you to try; these will be shared along with some lifestyle tips to help you achieve a more balanced life and become a more relaxed person.
For me, relaxation is key to good sleep. One method popular with many is meditation. To prepare for meditation, I will guide you through a deep breathing exercise that you can practice whenever you need. Deep breathing is so much better for our health. For those who wish to experience a short meditation I will end the session with a guided meditation and some grounding work.
My plan is to provide you with a variety of tools that you can use as necessary to ease you into a peaceful, relaxing and deep sleep.

Hello, I am Karen from Krysalis Well-Being. During my life I have worked in high pressure environments and experienced many of life's challenges. This led me to train as a Homeopath and working in the health industry. I will share the experience and knowledge I have gained over the last twenty years and look forward to talking with you.
