Our shared vision is of a Cornwall, where everyone has the opportunity, knowledge and support to be the best they can be, to reach their own goals and be economically independent. Where everyone feels part of and contributes to their community, takes responsibility for their actions and understands the impact they have on others and on the environment.
You can call the Inclusion Cornwall Hub for the following:-
In the first instance this is just a case of sense checking what and why the person /family is presenting in crisis.
Sometimes a small amount of funding is all a person needs to overcome a short term crisis and progress themselves.
Other times a system of support needs to be put in place and out of these instances the Conversation was born with the aim of moving them to self-sustaining financial stability.
The Hub holds extensive knowledge of opportunities for our most excluded and complex customers.
