Kevranna Social Club (St Ives Community Orchard)
Come along to our weekly Wednesday Kevranna club at the St John in-the-Fields Hall. 10.30am – 12.30. A social space to share and learn new skills and crafts. Tea and coffee available as well as some of our free ‘waste’ food.
Kevranna means ‘to share’ in Cornish and this group will be focusing on sharing, recycling and re-using. We focus on different arts and crafts each week which we advertise on facebook. Some need to be booked but anyone is welcome to drop in and have a go.
At Kevranna club we also cook up meals to be delivered / collected for those who need it. A chance for volunteers to get involved in the kitchen. Takeaway meals available to take away for a suggested donation of £3. These meals need to be booked, so if you are interested, please email or call us so we can book you a meal.
We use the foodshare food in the bags that we deliver so there is often not much food to be collected so this group is more about activities and crafts rather than food collection.
