Meditation art & wellbeing workshop for women!

This is a relaxed and friendly group and focused too in that we have a guided meditation to start and then approx 8-10 mins of quiet painting, which is wonderful and flows so well from the meditation.

Then we share ideas, chat a little, have a cup of tea... whilst painting intuitively and listening to music and seeing whatever arises around our theme.

A wonderful shared experience and the time flies. We also have poetry sometimes, EFT and oracle cards, whatever is of interest to the group as a whole.

  • It is absolutely fine if you don't want to talk too much or want to get a feel for the group first, as an HSP introvert I totally understand!

  • So wonderful for connection and finding friendship and for exploring, discovering and feeling safe in an encouraging space.

Please bring along any art materials you have, such as acrylic paints, pencils, pastels, brushes, art equipment and paper that you usually like to use. These can be cheapy supplies, certainly to start with as the objective is to feel free and not 'precious' about how we paint.

I have a few paints and some paper that you can borrow, too.
