We offer fully funded support, tools and solutions to Live Well with Dementia. Memory Matters Workshops offer fully funded support, tools and solutions to live well with dementia.
Our Workshops
● Our informal workshops are proven to slow the progress of dementia through Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST). CST is recommended by the National Institute of Health & Clinical Excellence for all people living with mild to moderate dementia.
● Come along and take part in activities and share common everyday difficulties with others in a relaxed, social environment where you are not the only one going through this. You are not alone!
● We offer a free course of workshops in Bodmin, Wadebridge, St Austell, Liskeard, Newquay (with more to follow).
COVID-19 response
Due to the current recommended social distancing measures our face to face workshops are not able to run. We have responded by running our workshops in group sessions online via the Zoom App and we are taking new referrals. Also we are sending out activity sheets via email and post.
