Move Your Way Community Walking Groups

Root Training Ltd are a non for profit Community Interest Company based in Camborne, where we offer FREE hourly community walking groups for those that have long term healths conditions, suffer from isolation and would like to increase their movement levels to get them more active and fitter.

We offer two types of walks one is an amble which are for those with limited mobility, but provides a safe space to build up mobility at their own pace, with having the opportunity to have a rest if they need too, Our more active walks are for those more mobile, where we walk where we explore our country and coastal locations.  All walks are for an hour each week.

Current timetable

Monday 2-3 Camborne Park - Amble

Tuesday 10-11 Camborne Park Active

Tuesday 1.15 - 2.15 Helston Boating Lake - Active

Tuesday 2.30 - 3.30 Helston Boating Lake - Amble

Thursday 10.15 - 11.15 Hayle (various locations) Active

We are not focused on how many miles we complete or the pace, its about a community of people getting together, making friends, being less isolated, becoming healthier and happier in themselves.
