Chair yoga is a low level yoga class using a chair.
We will be using gentle movement with breath, throughout the whole body, enabling space within our skeletal system to enable people to move, increase flexiablity and to stay calm in our minds, but using a chair.
This would suit people with low mobility, an injury or anyone who is looking for more of a low level yoga class, to get started.
These are charged service currently, but we do offer a 5% discount for anyone who is referred via any community service.
