Pilates classes online
We run Pilates classes over Zoom meetings on Monday mornings at 9 am (Elixir live online)
The cost is £6 per session payable in 4 weekly blocks.
The classes are suitable for anyone, but focused towards women in their mid-life and beyond.
We cater for people with different ranges of abilities and health issues so you are safe in our hands.
