Age UK Cornwall, with support from Chaos Group and local GP Surgeries, is proud to be hosting a Respiratory Information Day on Friday 30th September at Liskeard Town Hall.
This event is part of our Go For Gold celebrations - inspiring people and communities in Cornwall.
During the day, people will be given the opportunity to talk to experts and specialists about their long-term conditions, as well as talk to organisations about what support they can receive.
