Sea Sanctuary Mental Health and Wellbeing Services

Sea Sanctuary is a unique mental health and wellbeing charity rooted in the concept of ‘blue health’. We use a combination of therapies to help children and adults who are struggling with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and a whole range of varied mental and emotional health problems. We provide invaluable support to vulnerable people and those who want to make themselves more robust and resilient for dealing with life’s ups and downs.

Corona Virus: Service Update

Unfortunately the Sea Sanctuary is now closed but all staff are working remotely and you can contact us between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday on 01326 378919.

We are taking our advice from the Government and our main priority is to look after the wellbeing of all our clients and staff.

Coming to see us for therapy?

For those who have appointments we are arranging appointments with your therapist over the phone or via the web.

Art Classes

We are afraid to say, following current Government guidelines that all community events and workshops are to stop.

Sailing Programmes

We will keep in contact with all who are waiting for sail information but at this current time no group activities can take place.

Give us a bell

If you are unsure about any of the above, please do not hesitate to call Anita on 01326 378 919 or email [email protected].

Please remember

It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious or upset in the current situation. Allow yourself time to notice and express what you’re feeling.
