Our Soup, Seeds & Sawdust courses combine the cookery element of our Superfoods, Socialising & Self-Care courses, but also add in some gardening and repair/upcycling as well. You’ll be getting your hands dirty in our organic community garden and earning some practical repair skills. And, of course, you’ll also be working in our kitchen, developing your culinary talents.
