Turn 2 Us Financial Advice

Following the most recent developments with the Coronavirus pandemic, Turn2us is working hard to ensure we can continue to provide support to people during this period.

The national and international response to COVID-19 is unprecedented in our times, and represents a severe threat to people’s income, livelihoods and wellbeing. As a charity, we are committed to making sure everyone who accesses our services and support; our staff; and our volunteers, remain fully supported throughout.

Our dedicated teams are monitoring the situation as it unfolds so we can provide up-to-date information and links to support to help people struggling with money during this crisis.  We have updated our Benefits Calculator to reflect the recent changes to Universal Credit and Employment and Support Allowance that were announced by the government in response to this issue.

We now also have new pages on our website on our Coronavirus pandemic response and key information for people concerned about how it will affect their benefits and job income.

We are currently looking at how and where we can best target our support and resources in the short to medium term, in partnership with others so that collectively we can have the most impact.

As always, our online tools – which includes our Grants Search tool and helpline are available and we are working hard to ensure they remain online.

We hope you and your loved ones stay safe during this time.

Best wishes from everyone here at Turn2us.
