We would like to share details of the brilliant Wellbeing Hub Café drop-in Torpoint Library and Community Hub on Wednesday afternoons.
Every week, Jess, an Age UK Cornwall & The Isles of Scilly Social Prescriber, will be on hand to answer your questions and talk about anything you like.
The fantastic Awenek Studios will also be offering art activities (alternate weeks), and we will invite other practitioners and experts along to offer support and share their skills with the local community.
As ever the wonderful library team is able to help with books or other support. This is always available during library opening hours.
