Who Dares Works can provide support throughout lockdown with housing, finances, dyslexia, mental health support and job opportunities including CV writing and interview techniques.
Active Plus is delivering confidence & self-esteem courses which have been very successful and in addition we are running on-line information sessions each Monday where people can find out more about the WDW project as well as the support available from other organisations. This includes Citizen’s Advice, Pentreath, Dyslexia Cornwall, Rebuild Southwest, CHAOS and much more. Our current participants who are benefiting from the support available are also happy to talk about their experience e on the project.
The next four sessions include advice and guidance on the following areas:
- Monday 22nd Feb - Wellbeing – Managing anxiety & Stress/ Supasport (TBC)
- Monday 1st Mar – Employment advice – CVs, Interview techniques
- Monday 8th Mar - Volunteering info session. Cornwall Care/ Volunteer Cornwall
- Monday 15th Mar - Specialist support (TBC)
