Scaravelli-inspired Yoga is a gentle yet powerful, uplifting form of Hatha Yoga, inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli. The focus is on releasing the spine, working with the breath and gravity to increase awareness of the whole body, and connect to the ground through the feet. It builds deep strength and flexibility, but avoids stress on the joints. It can bring about profound changes in body and mind.
