Gentle, effective, enjoyable, beginner-friendly specialised yoga programme. Learn to help yourself to improved comfort, health and well-being for now and the future. Book, Relaxations CD, practice sheets, hand-outs are given to each attendee. Attendees must be able to get up and down off the floor unaided (but perhaps with the help of a chair/wall).
This Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs 12-class course was designed by Cornwall's Alison Trewhela for Arthritis Research UK / University of York's groundbreaking clinical research trials. She currently leads a Teaching Team offering courses at various locations throughout Cornwall.
