I'm Steve  Winnan, a Personal Trainer & Cancer Rehab Exercise instructor based in Falmouth, Cornwall. I run an exercise programme for clients living with Cancer and other health conditions from my Fitness & Rehabilitation Studio in Falmouth.

I work with local charity Pants Cancer to deliver safe and effective sessions.
