Hello, I am Helen Fisher.  I am an Energy Healer, Energy Intuitive and HeartMath Coach specialising in the field of personal transformation.  

I am a woman and mother who has spent a lifetime on my own personal transformation using techniques to heal myself from depressions, anxiety and battles with addiction from being very young.  I continue to use these techniques in my daily life as well as working with clients.  

I provide coaching, mentoring and spiritual guidance for women with children  using HeartMath techniques.

My aim is to support mothers going through their own changes and transformations within themselves and to be able to connect to their own hearts intelligience enabling a state of coherence.   The benefits are wellbeing and an ability to support their child from a clearer space within themselves. Now is the time for that support as we navigate changing times.
