We can talk you through any issues you have on your mind and share our experience to help you find a way forward. The emphasis will be on self-management; using coping strategies in order to stay well.
If you would like a call from a staff member or volunteer who has been affected by the illness themselves, please email us on [email protected] with your contact details and we will get back to you. Someone will call or email you back, depending on your preference.
Please note Bipolar UK do not provide crisis support as other agencies are better placed to offer this care such as Mental Health Services, NHS 111, GP practices, emergency services 999 and Accident and Emergency departments. Please also note during the Corona Virus we are remote working. We are aiming to support as many people as possible with bipolar, therefore, please be patient whilst we aim to return calls and enquiries as soon as possible.
