Inclusion Matter Service

Inclusion Matters Service is about 'supporting and promoting inclusion' and is for people 18+ who are feeling lonely or socially isolated throughout Cornwall.

Our Community Asset Team work with community/grassroot groups, group leaders and individuals who provide a service that benefits their local community, which aims to reduce loneliness and social isolation of the residents of Cornwall.

CAW 2025

We know community groups are at the heart of the places we live and work.  That these groups and individuals do make a difference in our communities.  That they also need our support so that they can continue to grow and flourish.

What's available:

  • Information, advice, guidance and signposting  
  • Help with digital, marketing and promotion
  • Networking, training and peer support
  • Help with funding and grants
  • Events & resources

If you are a community or grassroots group or an individual, that is, or is looking to support their community, or perhaps looking to form a group or provide a community or grassroots service.  We can help in a variety of ways, so give us a call to find out more.
